Graduated in Graphic Design and Visual Communication from the Higher Institute of Design of the University of Havana, Marla Cruz Linares, AKA "Marla XL" is passionate about illustration and publishing world. Marla XL enjoys representing female figures and organically flowing shapes seeking to build an alchemy so that her work are images and thoughts to read and listen to. Marla XL has extensively worked in the cultural industry at different levels and currently curates the Author Design area at Fábrica de Arte Cubano. When she is not in front of the screen, you can find her traveling between Cuba and Portugal looking for some little piece of nature in which to take refuge and find balance on the yoga blanket.
