Coming from graphic design and street art, Sebz builds his images from two seemingly contradictory worlds: how polished images can be in the realm of design and how dense and chaotic images can be in street graphics. His voice at the beginning of his career as an illustrator focused on indigenous cosmogony, tribal art and art based on ancestral cultures, exploring and trying to understand his territory, his environment and his Colombian roots. Currently his work is evolving towards pictorial palettes and the representation of everyday situations with surreal elements.
